Step One: Planning
We get to know you!
A good roadmap can avoid a rocky road ahead. So we’ll initially spend time with you, walking your property. Our plan always reflects the lifestyle and individuality of the people who live there. Which is not to say we don’t thrive on bringing our creativity to a project. It’s just that we arrive at creative solutions that match your objectives and your budget.
The key is: Listening. We take the time to understand you. We want to know who, when, and how long, every member of your family is behind each window in the house. We want to know if you plan on entertaining your guests, inside or out, we want to know about, and consider; traffic flow, children, pets, how your landscape will grow in years to come, and much more… In short we want to know your wish-list, put it together with your budget, and draw up possibilities that would take both into account.
With all the information and ingredients obtained from planning, we apply our artistic capabilities. We will take into consideration prevailing physical property conditions including things like the path of the sun and areas of shade. We develop sketches that explore different angles and perspectives. We plan for a mixture of plants and flowers that would give you a variety of type, blooming time, scents, and texture throughout the 4 seasons.
Once a design is conceived, we meet with you to present our ideas.
We will show and explain to you, not only how it would look, but also, how it would work.
Budget!
Planning is the most appropriate time to develop a specific budget. The better the plan, the easier it is to make it come in on target. Once we set the goals and parameters, we’ll present our proposal, so it’s clear from beginning to end what you should expect of us.
Step Two: Implementation
At the point where the unique design meets your satisfaction, we begin the implementation phase. Our approach is hands-on, so expect to see us a lot!
You never have to worry about the progress being made, we will include and consult with you throughout the work. We’ll move mountains to ensure that your project is done on time, on budget, and correctly, down to the smallest detail.
